Phase 2 Build & Coach 

Bi-weekly 90-minute coaching sessions applied directly to live work. Every session teaches a framework and immediately applies it to something your team is already building. Async support between sessions. 

Phase 3 Document & Hand Off

How much time does this require?

Bi-weekly 90-min sessions plus async work — roughly 3–4 hours per person per week. Sessions are built inside real projects so it doesn't feel like an extra burden.  

What if we're not on HubSpot?

The program is platform-flexible for most skill areas. For ops-specific coaching, HubSpot is preferred. 

How is this different from the First Principles Workshop?

The Workshop is a single half-day focused on frameworks and mental models. The Upskilling Program is 12 weeks of embedded coaching building execution capability. 

What happens after 12 weeks?

Depends on where the team lands. We'll recommend the right next step at the Week 11 review.
